May marks the end of the first business quarter, and for me it is the month where I sit down with my regular clients and both review the previous three months and plan for the upcoming months. I am, for all intents and purposes, the Virtual Chief Information Officer, and my job is to be sure my clients are on target to meet their business goals. My own business coach has always told me, “If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.” Our promise to you is that we will leverage your technology to help you gain profits and we have different metrics to measure how we are fulfilling that promise. We can quantifiably prove that the Aptica Way is working and you need to know if you have won or lost at the end of every day. It’s important to review our performance with our clients. I always look at what did happen and ask “How will we do better?” How will we help maximize profits for our clients through good IT practices and support? I’m big on setting quarterly goals, yearly, and 2 year goals. The strategy to achieve these goals will be different to suit each individual client, as it pertains to their individual IT needs. We believe we need to participate in the overall budget strategy so that each company is getting the best IT bang for the buck. We want clients to have the funds to do what they want to do with their businesses, and we want to be so good that you can NOT want to have Aptical LLC as your IT company. So—it’s May and I’m talking about achievements and strategies. If you would like to know more about how to leverage your technology to help you gain profit, please give me a call and I’ll tell you about how we measure that.
