I finally got some videos up on our website. Just like you, this is the time of year when I start to look forward to my next business year, and to think about where my company goes next. After more than 10 years in the technical support business, we now know what our strengths are and what types of businesses we work best with. Over the years I have studied best practices and used that information to refine how Aptica interacts with the companies we support. To share how my experience has shaped my company with clients and potential clients, I made a series of four short videos, just talking about who we are, what we do, and how we are more than just a crisis response IT support crew. Facing a video camera was a little scary, I have to say, but I think it is important for people to know the person behind the Aptica name. I grew up in the Angola area and my wife and I are happy to be raising our kids here. Aptica is here to stay. So as the accounting firms, law offices, churches and manufacturing facilities and other small to mid-size businesses continue to grow around us, I’m going to continue to reach out with the Aptica Way of providing bold and unique IT support.
