Okay, it’s time for another quarterly Virtual Chief Information Officer visit from me. Did you know that I set goals for Aptica’s service and performance for each of our clients? And to that end, every quarter I go over every network I manage to be sure things are operating as they should. We strategize with each business quarterly to be sure we continue to maximize profit through good technical support. This includes watching the budget so there are no surprise costs. Aptica plans to deliver service, hit the agreed upon goals, and test each strategy against the budget. We believe that “if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.” This philosophy helps us to stay on top of each different client’s IT needs, quarter by quarter.
