Its just the nature of the work that you have to be highly motivated, have high interpersonal skills, and be an energetic self-starter. We need someone who will enjoy reaching out to local businesses to help us find those who can get excited about meeting with us. This job does not involve selling, but its the first step in our process to link up with companies who can benefit from our services. Success for this position is measured by the ability to cold call, develop new relationships and have progressive conversations with gatekeepers and senior-level executives. The job will include data entry and data management, follow up marketing via email and postal mail, and participation in weekly sales meetings. This is an on-site position, not a work from home opportunity. Compensation includes an hourly base and a monthly bonus based on performance, and we offer health insurance benefits. There will be a background check and a pre-employment drug screen. Aptica is a fun, team- based stable business with growth year after year.
